Who wants an excuse to eat chocolate? Oh wow, everyone? That got a much better response than I expected. Just kidding. That’s exactly what I thought would happen. So there’s this stuff called dark chocolate. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a darker, slightly more bitter version of milk chocolate. But here’s the fun part…it’s actually really good for you.
It has a ton of health benefits, but I’ll just name a few:
